What our clients say
“Tom got me moving again after a long absence from proper exercise. The results in the first 3 months were impressive — I dropped a size and old injuries disappeared. He pushes you that little bit extra without you even realising it.”
Nicole B.
General strength program
“Today, in my late 50's, I am in the best shape of my life. Tom is very personable, listens to what you are trying to achieve and designs programs that work. I would highly recommend Tom to anyone serious about their goals.”

“After two knee replacements I was afraid to push myself. The team showed me what I could actually do — safely. I feel stronger and more confident than I have in a decade.”

Frequently Asked Questions
No referral is needed for private appointments. However, if you'd like to access Medicare rebates, your GP will need to set up a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan first. We can guide you through this process.
An Exercise Physiologist is a university-qualified allied health professional who specialises in exercise for people with injuries, chronic conditions, and complex health needs. Unlike personal trainers, EPs are ESSA-accredited, can process Medicare and DVA claims, and are trained in clinical assessment and medical exercise prescription.
The initial assessment runs for approximately 45 minutes. It's a one-on-one session where we review your health history, screen your movement, and discuss your goals. Bring comfortable clothing, any referrals or scan results (like DEXA), and a list of current medications.
Yes. Exercise physiology is eligible for Medicare rebates under a GP-managed CDM plan (up to 5 sessions per calendar year). DVA clients can access sessions with a referral. Most private health funds also offer rebates under 'Exercise Physiology' extras cover.
That's exactly who we work with. Many of our clients have never set foot in a gym. Every program starts from where you are — not where someone thinks you should be. We progress gradually with full supervision.
Our group sessions have a maximum of 4 people. This ensures you get proper coaching, technique correction, and individual attention — not just a workout in a crowd.
